ARRIVAL
First time clients, we welcome you. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early. This allows time to fill out the appropriate client forms.
Established clients, welcome back! Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled time.
All massages have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience.
If late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) may be shortened in order to keep on schedule.
The original treatment time will be charged.
With inclement weather, the clinic will follow LPSD closure schedule, we will get you back on the calendar ASAP.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations and rescheduling may be done online or via phone at 208.417.4806.
24 Hour notice is required for all cancellations.
Canceled appointments with less than 24 hours notice, will be charged 50% treatment price.
No shows are charged 100%.

LATE ARRIVAL
Unfortunately, late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments.
The original fee will be charged.
In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival.

NO SHOW
A 50% retainer is required to book, the remaining 50% will be invoiced to the client in the event that they miss their appointment without prior notice.

MINORS
The therapists at Semplee Aimee LLC are trained and prepared to work with children.
If the child is younger than 18 years old, we will ask a parent or guardian to sit in on the treatment.
Parental signature on consent to treat form will be required prior to service.
PRIVACY and HIPPA compliance
Your massage therapy records are kept in the strictest confidence by this clinic.
All client records are kept in a secure place and only those who need to see a client’s file for legitimate business or professional purposes have access to them.
Your records will not be released to third parties, including health care providers and insurance companies without your written consent.
Records may be surrendered if required by law.
CONDUCT
Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Suggestive comments, sexual innuendos, touching of a massage therapist in an inappropriate way, will result in the termination of the massage session and the client will not be allowed to return for further massages.
Our full fee will be expected.
You are safe with our therapists. If for any reason you feel unsafe or uncomfortable it is your right to end the massage or request a treatment be adjusted to fit your comfort.

LOTIONS AND CREAMS
Lotions and perfumes are not recommended prior to massage therapy as they can interfere with the lotions, creams or oils used for the massage treatment session.
If you have an allergy, or if you require a special product, please let us know before your session.
You are welcome to bring with you a preferred lotion, cream or oil, it will be used by discretion as some of our therapists also have sensitivities and allergies.
BARTERING
Bartering is available by therapist discretion.
Any bartered massages will be performed off site on Fridays and add-on services will be unavailable.
Our goal is that massage therapy may be accessible to everyone!
Goods or services should be even with menu pricing and completed or delivered within 30 days of receiving treatment.
